What this site is

This site provides education for photographers: free resources, email lessons, and information about the Certified Shooters membership. The membership itself is hosted and billed through Patreon — when you join, Patreon's own terms of use, billing rules, and refund policies apply to your purchase.

Our content

Everything on this site and inside the program — videos, tutorials, guides, checklists, presets, LUTs, retouching tools, scripts, and written content — is owned by Stretch Life Visuals and protected by copyright. Your membership or download grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own photography business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost them, publicly or privately.

No income guarantees

We teach the systems and strategies behind a working photography business, and we show real results — ours and our members'. But results shown are not typical or guaranteed. Your outcome depends on your effort, market, experience, and execution. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, and nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempting to access other members' information, no using our content or community to spam or solicit. We may refuse or revoke access to anyone who abuses the community or violates these terms; membership refunds in that case are governed by Patreon's policies.

Third-party services

This site links to and works with third-party services — Patreon, Kit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stretch Life Visuals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
